Client Testimonials

“My bathroom upstairs leaked which meant the ceiling in my front room had to be repaired. The drywaller was a young man named Cory. He not only did a wonderful job he was very pleasant and respectful of me and my house. He is an asset to your company and deserves recognition 👍”

Marge Mackay

“I’ve used many contractors, all with good and bad qualities…Ghost only has good ones. I have no “room for improvement” feedback to provide. They worked on a low-rise apartment building with us. It was a HUGE scope with a compressed timeline. The work itself was completed quickly and with high quality. The management they had in place was easy to work with and efficient. If you want the job done right without needing to intervein, give Ghost a call.”

Megan Lilly

“Jason and Kyle at Ghost Construction have been great to deal with. Unfortunately living in a condo issues can arise at any given time. Jason and Kyle made this stressful time seamless and provided great work. I would recommend Ghost Construction to anyone in need of Reno’s.”

Wow, we thought wed seen it all. Check out the heating system we saw at this old farmhouse that flooded today.

Ingenuity?

Hot water lines ran to little radiators. Metal fans ontop blowing the radiant heat from the radiators through the floor sheathing to the upper level.

Basement is currently heated by fireplace.

This lasted 25 years before it didnt!

They are upgrading to forced air now.Image attachmentImage attachment+2Image attachment

That's in floor heat bud. Different. And you're missing the foil bubble wrap to retain the heat better.

Mine not so uncommon now I think about it. A fan. Hm lol

Not quite as wild as a fan pushing it lol
